How does the membership work?

You can purchase a membership anytime, before or after your spa treatment. Benefits begin immediately. You save instantly up to 50% on all spa services and 20% on all retail items for up to 6-months or a year. There are no monthly fees, no monthly requirements, and no penalties for cancelling. Simply enjoy VIP benefits at all spa locations for as long as the pass is active.


Are there any monthly fees or requirements?

No, there are no additional fees or requirements. Visit the spa as frequently or infrequently as you want. It's entirely up to you.


Can I share my membership with a friend or spouse?

Yes, bring a friend or spouse and they can receive the same great benefits as long as they accompany you.


How do I renew my membership?

Your pass will automatically renew every 6-months or 12-months depending on which membership you purchased.


Can I cancel my membership at any time? Are there any fees or penalties for doing so?  You can cancel your membership anytime you want. There are no fees or penalties for cancelling. Your pass will remain active for 6 or 12-months from the date of purchase whether you cancel or not.


How do I get member prices?

The moment you become a member you will see lower prices appear on the website when booking an appointment. Our staff will also know that you're a member and will automatically give you the lowest rates available.


Are there "blackout dates" when discounts don't apply?
No, member discounts always apply--even during holidays and special events.

What is "preferred booking status"?
We save a number of last-minute appointments for members to make it easier for them to book. If we become entirely booked, we offer a waiting list to customers so they can take advantage of last-minute cancellations. In the event of a cancellation, we give members the first opportunity to take the appointment.
